An AI agent that knows your lease, your home and its insurance answers at any hour, in your language. And when it's up to your manager to act, your request reaches them already complete.

It doesn't answer "in general": it relies on your lease, the building's insurance and yours, the manuals of your appliances and the law of your region.
Who pays for the boiler servicing?
Checking your lease…
Clause 9 (Maintenance) says it: the tenant has the boiler serviced at their own expense, by a heating engineer. So it's on you.
And if it breaks down?
Checking the rules on repairs…
Minor repairs and damage from missed upkeep are yours; normal wear and major repairs are the owner's. Describe the fault: we'll work out together which side it falls on.
My sink is blocked.
Let's try together first: the plunger, then the trap under the sink. Unscrew it over a bucket.
Done. The water still won't drain.
Is water coming back up anywhere else, in the shower or the toilet?
No, only in the sink.
So the blockage is further down the pipe: that needs a professional. Here's the request, with what we've checked.
There's been a burglary in my flat.
I'm sorry. First, file a report with the police: the insurer will ask for it.
The front door was forced.
Checking your insurance…
Your home insurance is on file: it covers your belongings if it includes theft cover. The door is for your manager to know about: I'm preparing the report.
I want to move out. How much notice do I give?
Checking your lease and the rules that apply in Wallonia…
Your nine-year main-residence lease started on 1 September 2024. You can end it at any time with three months' notice, starting on the first day of the month after you send it.
Do I owe anything?
Compensation, if the lease ends within its first three years. Sent in October, your notice ends on 31 January 2027: that's the third year, so one month's rent.
How do I send it?
The annex to your lease says it: by registered mail, by bailiff's writ, or handed over against a signed and dated copy.
When it isn't yours to handle, the request goes to the right person, with the diagnosis already done. The agent prepares, you confirm.
A photo, two sentences, and it reaches your manager. You watch the request move and the visit get scheduled — no chasing needed.
You enter your meter readings — a photo is enough — and charts show how each meter evolves. Your provisions, the gap with what you actually use and the annual statements, supporting documents included.
Rent, indexation, receipts, due dates: all calculated, explained and filed. You sign your documents right in the app, and find each one in a tap — no drawers, no searching your inbox.
Keys, meters, inventory, final statement: every step is framed, and your deposit doesn't linger.
Your municipality's collection calendar, and a reminder the evening before each pickup.
Boiler, cooker hood, washing machine: for each appliance, a short usage guide and the manufacturer's full manual. And the agent reads them to answer you.

Your manager reaches you on the channel you prefer. Due notices, receipts, reminders and documents still get to you.
Notices, receipts and documents as attachments, in your inbox.
A short message, with the link to the document.
Reminders and documents, where you already read your messages.
The same document, printed and posted by your manager.
The app remains the simplest way: it's where the AI agent answers you at any hour.
Homono is free for tenants. If your landlord uses it, activate your account in one minute, with the code printed on your documents or the link you received by email.
